If you read my previous post, click HERE, you will know that I dyed my hair to a simply apricot brown color. As things go, I have thought to looking for a brow mascara that will match my brown hair. I was really excited when this item came to my hands (that is the first time I had purchased a brow mascara).
Etude House Color My Brow is exactly looks like an ordinary mascara. Its medium straight wand allows me to apply the gel on my top of the brow easily, but bad news for the end of my brow. Since there is the part whereabout has less hairs than other, sometimes it get clumpy. Another ridiculous thing is when I apply it backward the gel coats the brow perfectly, seems like everything falling into place really nicely (it contains glitter too). But after I brush my brow upward to set them into right place, the gel is just disappear. The hairs is almost the same. It seems like this brow mascara only work as a tint with filling in my brow instead of coating the hairs. If you look from far enough, somehow my brow color is changed. But if you take a look more detail, it doesn't, really. In this perplexity I have used it as a normal mascara and end up with a blonde lashes (I was often curious what will I look like with a blonde lashes so this is quite interesting).
What's good?
♡ Despite it doesn't coat the hairs perfectly but somehow it changes the brow color by filling them.
♡ Not so expensive.
♡ Not really hard to use. Practice makes perfect.
♡ Easy to buy.
What's bad?
- Doesn't coat the hairs.
- Since it has liquidy texture that dries easily, it won't take as long as a pencil or brow powder.
Repurchase? I don't know yet.
