Review :: 3W Clinic Professional Powder

Dodo Palgantong was initially introduced to make up artists who worked for the stars of broadcast stations like KBS and SBS. In 2009, Dodo Company, the manufacturer of Palgantong changed its name to 3W Clinic.

I can tell you I have a good relationship with the brand since I felt in love with their BB cream. Quick review, the BB cream leaves cakey and greyish looking at the first minutes applied, but then turn out to a natural glowing finish with a good coverage. Like it had absorded altogether. The only bad thing is it didn't help with oil control at all (whereas I have normal-combination skin). Imagine butter melted on the face. However with a little help of loose powder, everything is gonna be just fine.

In fact, how the BB cream had provided natural coverage finish that never get out of my mind, I'd decide to give this powder a go.

The packaging is attractive. It comes with a big red pan and a stiff puff that almost useless. It is better using flat top brush or a softer puff to apply the powder.

The powder does seem pinkish in the pan, apparently, it is natural enough after blended. It has a noticeable fragrance scent which I like, similar to tropical magnolias flowers. Another good thing is I used to believe that all loose powders will instantly mattify the minutes you apply them on your face (exclude the shimmering one), but 3W Clinic has surprised me with its dewy finish, very natural without being powdery or chalky.

What's good?

♡ Not powdery or cakey.

♡ Smells good.

♡ Big pan last longer.

♡ Fresh looking face with pink tone.

♡ Affordable price.

What's bad?

- Sometimes it makes dry spots more visible.

- The puff is too stiff and big.

I would suggest applying moisturizer before by reason of the powder tends to emphasize the dry patces.
